KWANUS uses third-party services for authentication, payments, email delivery, and AI-powered assistance. Those services support the product experience, but your data is not sold to partners for marketing.

We do not share or sell your personal information for advertising purposes. Recommendations are generated inside the product rather than by handing your profile to outside providers.

Your data is retained while the account is active. When you request deletion, personal and report-related data is scheduled for removal, while limited anonymized aggregate information may be retained for operational learning.

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your information and can opt out of non-essential communications. Privacy-specific requests should go through the dedicated privacy contact path.

Cookies are used primarily for authentication and product-session continuity rather than ad-tech tracking.

KWANUS is intended for adults and is not designed for use by children under 18.
