How refunds and cancellations work at KWANUS.

Refund Policy
KWANUS wants you to be satisfied with your subscription. If you're not happy with the service, here's how refunds work.
Free Plan
The Free plan has no charges. There is nothing to refund.
Pro and Done For You Plans
Cancel anytime. You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Your access continues through the end of your current billing period.
Refund window. If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment and have not generated any dispute letters, you may request a full refund by emailing kwanusent@gmail.com with your account email and the reason for cancellation.
After 7 days. Refunds are not available after the 7-day window or after dispute letters have been generated, as the AI processing and letter generation represent delivered services.
Recurring charges. If you forget to cancel and are charged for a renewal, contact us within 48 hours of the charge for a courtesy refund of that billing period.
How to Request a Refund
Email kwanusent@gmail.com with:
- Your account email address
- Date of the charge
- Reason for the refund request
We'll respond within 2 business days. If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is unauthorized, please contact us first before filing a chargeback with your bank. We can resolve most issues faster than the chargeback process, which can take 60-90 days.
