No Guarantee of Results
KWANUS does not guarantee deletions, score increases, approvals, or any other specific financial outcome. Results depend on the facts of your file, bureau responses, creditor behavior, and the timing of your actions.
Consumer Rights Under CROA
You have the right to dispute inaccurate information directly, cancel within the applicable window, obtain your reports independently, and pursue relief against organizations that violate consumer-protection law.
Your Right to DIY
You do not need to pay KWANUS or anyone else to exercise your dispute rights. The platform exists to organize, guide, and accelerate the process, not to erase your ability to act on your own.
Subscription and Billing
Paid plans bill on a recurring basis until cancellation. When you cancel, access generally continues through the current billing period rather than stopping instantly.
Data Security and Privacy

Prohibited Uses
The product may not be used to submit fraudulent disputes, file false identity-theft claims, impersonate others, or otherwise misuse consumer-protection workflows.
Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or particular outcomes. Liability is limited to the extent described in the governing agreement and applicable law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Georgia law unless another applicable legal rule overrides that choice for a specific consumer-protection issue.
